RELYONGUT - (CATGUT CHROMIC)
	Natural absorbable and the oldest suture material known, Relyongut is made from the submucosal layer of healthy sheep intestine. The casings are split into ribbons that are mechanically and chemically cleaned to get collagen pure ribbons. Ribbons thus obtained are chromicized and twisted to get high tensile strength suture material.
	Characteristics and Benefits:
	Monofilament Finish: Relyongut strands are precision polished to get a monofilament finish & uniform diameter, ensuring smooth passage through the tissue & secure knotting.   Chromicization: Through uniform chromicization absorption ensures extended & dependable time & gives extended wound support.   Indication/Application: General Closures, Obstetrics and Gynaecological Surgery, Ophthalmic Surgery, Urology, Microsurgery etc.
